Andy and Mark met two years ago over their shared passions in life. Andy is a Wilstire local and has 30 years in the meat trade under his belt, alongside a few steaks. Mark is a farmer at heart, who left behind a grass fed beef operation in Africa to return to his ancestral roots.

We are both committed to using the best quality products from local meat to the best organic whole spices. Quality first is the foundation for our products.

We are committed to support and assist local regenerative farmers, allowing us to provide the best meat to you, with the best animal practice in the forefront.

Our packaging is 85% paper, mostly recycled. The plastic we use is kept to a minimum and is compostable where possible. We are committed to be plastic free in 2020 in the whole of our business.
